| Course Objectives |
| The objectives of the course are to leave the student with: (i) an excellent understanding of the time value of money; (ii) an understanding of the decisions, methods, and techniques used in real estate; and, (iii) enough interest in real estate such that he or she will choose to take additional real estate courses. |
